Joint Degree

The Joint Degree Program at Universitas Mercu Buana provides students with the opportunity to study at both UMB and one of our international partner universities. After completing part of their studies in Indonesia, students may continue their academic journey abroad in Europe, Asia, or Australia through an integrated curriculum. This program enhances global exposure, strengthens professional English proficiency, and offers valuable international learning experiences. How to Enroll

Create a Registration Account

Please complete the necessary information to create an account, including your name, email, and phone number. Then you can verify the registered email.

Selection

You can choose the available selection paths on the registration account. Available selection paths include online tests, report card grades, achievements, scholarships, and invitations.

Purchase Form

You can purchase the form after the test results are out. You can make payments through various methods, including digital wallets, bank transfers, and others.

Initial Payment

You can view the initial payment details through your account dashboard. The initial payment includes the first-semester credit unit fee, student fees, and more.

How to Apply the Scholarship

01. Create Account

Create a scholarship registration account when scholarship registration opens.

02. Online Test & Interview

Take the online selection test through the registration website by logging in using the registered account.

03. Re-Registration

If you have passed, you can make a student fee payment. After that, you can complete and collect the files.

Course Requirements

Overseas Student
Local Student

Valid nationality passport for at least 6 (six) months (front page).
Proof of living expenses of at least US$ 2,000. (from UMB)
Solid background photograph.
Guarantee letter from a guarantor (from UMB).
LOA (Letter of Acceptance from UMB).
Study permit from the Ministry of Education (provided by UMB).
Financial support letter (for the scholarship grantee, will be provided by UMB).
English certificate.
Previous diploma certificate.
Official academic transcript.
Health certificate.
Curriculum Vitae (CV).
Health insurance in Indonesia.

Fill out the Re-registration Tool, which is the Candidate Student Personal Data Information Form, completely and clearly.
Fill out and sign the Statement of Student Rules and Regulations and complete it with a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000.
Upload a passport photo measuring 3cm x 4cm (male with a red background and female with a blue background).
Upload a scan of your Birth Certificate.
Upload a scan of your Identity Card (KTP).
Upload evidence of your registered National Student Identification Number (NISN) (http://nisndatakemendikbud.go.id).
For transfer/continuing students, attach proof of scan forlap PPDIKTI at the following link: (https://forlap.kemendikbud.go.id/mahasiswa).
Upload a Drug-Free Health Certificate from the hospital, health center, or lab, with tests for at least 3 types of substances.
Upload an original scan of your high school diploma that has been legalized.
Upload a scan of the original legalized Transcript/NEM.
Upload a legalized Certificate of Graduation.

Domestic and International Exchange Student Program
